Ice Melting Challenge — Last updated: March 2026

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Ice Melting Challenge ("the App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description

Ice Melting Challenge is a focus/study timer app. Users start focus sessions, watch an ice block melt visually, and track their study streaks and achievements.

3. Accounts

You may use the App without an account for basic features. Signing in with Google or Apple enables social features (friends, co-melt sessions). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. Subscriptions

Ice Melt Pro is available as a monthly auto-renewable subscription.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

5. Free Tier

Free users may use the App with the following limitations:

1 focus session per day
Cube ice shape only
Basic stats only (detailed stats require Pro)
No achievements or badges

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Attempt to reverse-engineer or modify the App
Use the App for any illegal purpose
Abuse social features (spam friend requests, etc.)

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in the App are owned by the developer. The Frosty penguin mascot and ice melting visual are original works.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
